What an exceptional vets, i unfortunately found myself in an emergency situation late Wednesday afternoon with my dog. I wasn’t registered at this vets but Emma at reception was amazing at sorting an appointment out within the hour to get my dog seen as soon as possible. Patient & caring while taking all the details they needed over the phone. Andrei the vet, I’m completely overwhelmed by the kindness, care & compassion you showed to myself, my dog & the situation at hand. There was no time rushed, even though unfortunately the situation took past the vets standard opening hours. I will forever be grateful to both Emma & Andrei for their help & the vets practice as a whole in such a devastating & hard time for myself. Your kindness & care has not and will never go unnoticed. Thank you again, so so much.

Our beautiful boy had to cross the rainbow bridge last week. I can honestly say that Jo and his assistant were so kind, compassionate and caring to the very end . Bo was treated with love and care and I can't thank them enough for their support during this sad and difficult time.

I phoned up before I arrived to the vets as I was extremely worried about my hamsters health. First time ever visiting this vets and my experience was excellent the staff were extremely friendly and very reassuring they answered all of the questions. Definitely the vets to go because they handle your animals with such care and consideration :)

Very gentle, compassionate and caring vet. Sympathetic to a very very sad day saying goodbye to our beloved dog. Dr Joe Williams calmly explained the process thoroughly. He was very thoughtful and did not rush and also made it private. Thank you.

My first appointment I cancelled and re-arranged as I’m pregnant, just turned up with the doggies to be talked to rudely and told my appointment was an hour ago and sarcastically told she tried to call me. I asked did you leave a message. Reply No. Doggies are rescues and don’t need that. Won’t ever use awful.
