Calvin was fantastic to work with. I was a first time buyer doing a buy to let. Most over brokers I spoke to advised that it wouldn’t be possible to do a first time buy to let with a high street bank. Calvin not only helped me secure a buy to let mortgage with a high street bank, he made sure and it was a seamless process from start to finish. This all happened with a few weeks left of the stamp duty holiday and Calvin ensured that everything was moving forwards and was in place for me to benefit from the stamp duty holiday. He was extremely pleasant to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted mortgage broker.

It’s not often that you can report outstanding service but I can honestly a say that is what we received when purchasing our first home this year. David was our broker and he went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as possible. He found us a mortgage when others couldn’t, he managed the process when mortgages were taking a long time to process, he kept us informed throughout and liaised with the Seller who was at times very demanding. He also always made time to pick up our calls, something which was greatly appreciated. David was professional throughout and made us feel at ease, we can’t thank him enough for his help in achieving our dream of owning a home.

Always vowed that I would go out of my way to leave a positive review for this company and Paul D at Norwich Mortgage Centre because they deserved it and were absolutely brilliant.

After being messed about and failed by our previous mortgage broker who took weeks and weeks and weeks etc to arrange/submit our mortgage application, when the bank came back with an desktop undervaluation for the property we wanted to buy we knew we had only a short time to try another bank and submit another mortgage application before the sellers became fed up with us.

We decided to look for a new mortgage broker and had been recommended Norwich Mortgage brokers by a family friend and within 2 days from the first phone call Paul D worked really hard on our behalf and had managed to arrange and submit our mortgage application.

The whole mortgage application was overseen/chased up and taken care of my them with the result that we did not have to worry at all as before with the previous mortgage broker.

In summary, we then had our mortgage application approved after about 2 weeks from submission. This resulted in we managed to buy the property that we wanted successfully.

We would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them.
