Excellent service However if as a lender you are charging 3,4,5,7% fees then you ought to stop charging application fee.!! These small charge is putting off passing more applications to you.

Tina Naidoo was beyond brilliant helping us to secure the mortgage our clients so needed to help purchase their new home.
Although their circumstances change during the application TML, worked with us and the clients to make sure they could retain their Offer and secure their new home.. what a refreshing, experience. I won't hesitate to use them again

this is absolutely a no nonsense lender who at DIP stage when they say they will lend they do subject to valuation. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The Underwriter Rachel Glue was efficient and extremely quick. A very straight forward experience. Well done TML and thanks

Terrible company..tooka year back and…
Terrible company..took a year back and fourth requesting unnesessary documents took 9 months to approve.. gave us 5 days to complete..solicitor unable to meet the deadline ..this was then rekeyed and offered a significantly lower amount..caused soo much headache and wasted so much time..avoid

Worst lender out there
This lender is the worst lender you could ever work with. 7 months back and forth. Will ask for a document and clarification, when provided within hours of request, it takes them 2 weeks to respond. Guess what, they then ask for something else. My issue is why are they unable to request all information at once. This lender has the most incompetent team. After 7 months of forth and back, they were asking about my umbrella company’s (employer) compliance with HMRC. This has nothing to do with me because my taxes have been paid and they had all the receipt. I’m unsure if it’s incompetence or poor policy and procedure. How am I suppose to answer for an employers compliance. I could defend my compliance not another entity. Avoid this guys if you want to progress in life. I ended up pulling out of the process. Luckily another lender offered a mortgage in 3 weeks. It took this lender 7 months to do compliance and final straw was them asking me for information that has nothing to do with me.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stay safe guys.

Wont go above minimum expectations for brokers
The process time to underwrite a case is not as good as other lenders. A particular case we needed that had a completion date set and letter from the solicitors to confirm this. The underwriter would not assess this as an exception even with the BDM involved. I was also set to go on holiday and wanted this to be resolved before I go, however, unlike other lenders they were adamant that they would not do this. Also, just to point out this was a completely one off request and in the last 4 months over 5 cases have been submitted to them. I guess this experience was purely down to one unreasonable underwriter.
