The underwriters are highly trained and willing to assess a case based on a real life scenario and they are also willing to discuss the case in depth to get a full understanding of the client's circumstances to see how they can help. They are really a preferred lender.

The Mortgage Lender saved the day, another lender who I will not name here dithered and delayed despite this being an auction property, thankfully we made the decision to switch to TML and they got the case to offer in less than 10 days hitting the auction deadline and saving the day.

Great criteria, but far too slow. Other specialist lenders are much faster at turning around dips, checking docs and releasing funds

The process was extremely slow. The turn around from uploading documents to being reviewed is not realistic. My application took 4 months from application to offer. Then as the offer is only valid 3 months this expired so I had to repeat the process again with exactly the same information, this time it took nearly 2 months to gain another offer as an extension was not granted.
After 10 months my clients have finally completed on their purchase.
This has been very frustrating for the client and myself as a broker. This is the most time by far I have spent on any application

The underwriter on the case, Gary Craig was excellent. he was supportive all the way through despite having to bounce back to the client on many occasions but they were justifiable reasons. This was a complex case needing to use latest years Ltd Co accounts. Thank you for getting this over the line Gary! Clients are ecstatic!

Good communication easy to deal with

Easy to use system, good turn around times, straight forward criteria.

Jumped onto a very urgent case, with a complicated client scenario. Processing was prompt in the main, and I was impressed with the initial chat through with the Underwriter, after submission.

The SLA were too long and took a long time to get ti back on track. Things were picked up later in the case by the underwriter, whereas this could have been avoided if checked at the first instance. I have had good experience before but with this case it was not right at all.
