I call ( 0121 649 4807 ) and she gave me mobile number (07468 419755) to text her back with security code and Appointments was on Wednsbury 15/12/2021 at 11:00am and then she called me back that she double booked need to change my appointment to Thursday, 16/12/2021 at 1pm, which she did texted me back and I received email reminder for 16/12/2021 1pm, I went to the appointment and there was the man told me I have massages and I showed him voucher he was still insist that’s mistake from groupon and then he called someone speaking others language and the lady on the phone made another appointment for next week and I asked her to text me appointment day and time, she said ok,
so I didn’t received any booking confirmation so I had to cancel the session on 20/12/2021 because they are unreliable
Then merchant text me on 21/12/2021 at 10:15am saying I have appointment
I told her I have cancelled my order
she said only first time we send appointments by text or email, and she said fine “
