Unfortunately the dusty blue envelopes did not stick which was very disappointing. I proceeded to put double sided tape on them which also didn’t work on the material, the envelopes kept opening

I’m so glad I ordered from Paperbox! I ordered the premium luxury envelopes in three different colours and I’m definitely going to reorder! They were obviously packaged with much care and so arrived in perfect condition, and quickly! Top quality! I use these ‘heavier gsm weight’ envelopes in my best selling letter writing stationery sets and being able to guarantee no bent corners during delivery is now keeping me as a returning customer to PaperBox! Have used Paperbox before, put a fresh order through only to be called the following day to be told that the website had a glitch and the order that I submitted for £54 was actually now over £270, there was no website glitch as they put it as the order went through with no issue, from what I can gather there had been an input error on the website, although they didnt say that as such, due to their error I was offered a 10% discount and asked to pay the remaining £180 odd pounds, ermmmm no thank you very much. The supposed error was not the fault of the customer it was the fault of you the company, and any orders submitted and paid for in full should have been honoured. Not only the that, the lady, who said she was the owner, was extremely rude not allowing me to get a word in. I will not be using you or any affiliated company associated with you again.

I used Paperbox for my wedding stationary last year. Everything from them was great quality, quickly shipped and at excellent prices. The samples of envelopes and card they do were super helpful too, it made it a fun experience picking out our stationary. I would recommend their website to anyone doing DIY projects for weddings/events :)

Fabulous selection of FSC Paper and card, I used multiple different ones to make some wedding invitations and the result was absolutely stunning! The quality of the paper is outstanding, extremely easy to work with for cutting, scoring, foiling, glueing & printing. All with no warping, wrinkling or tearing. The customer service is absolutely top rate also, and deliveries are quick and well informed. Top service all round, thank you so much paperbox! I ended up making multiple orders as a result and I am about to place more orders, as I’m now making evening reception invites too. The only issue I had is that the Champagne sparkle vellum paper has been discontinued, it would have been perfect for a project, but it’s not the end of the world and I completely understand maintaining product availability etc. Thank you again and keep up the great work.
