On time good quality work honest

Two words honest and relaible. I had a leak in my toilet which was coming through the tiles. When i contacted tom and explained what was happening he more or less diagnosed what he thought it could be and gave me two prices. He arrived on time and the job was done quick. He cleaned up after himself and gave a very fair price. I will use tom again for any plumbing jobs and and i would give him 11/10. Good honest and reliable plumber that wont try and pull your eyes out. Highly recommended

I have given four stars for this service, as I feel one small detail could be improved on.
Full details should be provided for customer of all the parts needed for the agreed job.
I have used Tom the plumber several times to date, and I trust him and the quality of the work he does explicitly- so normally I would give him a 5 star service?
But as this review might be seen by prospective customers, I feel this small detail of providing a full parts list to the customer prior to the work, would be to the advantage of the business!
