Delivered on time I love the big packaging I am on my second day now and I feel great having x2 T5 capsules a day would recommend. Hopefully I will see results soon I also ordered colon detox but not sure weather to take with T5 but I will try next week got offer off wowcher wish I got the shakes now as well. X

This is the first time I've used this company and will be the last. Placed order and a day later received email to say had been dispatched. 5 days and nothing. Sent an email to find out what was happening and got a reply back saying just been dispatched and should be with me within a day or so. Still nothing!!! Very poor service and definitely will not use again.

Products arrived promptly and do what they say on the tin !

Had to wait nearly tree weeks for item had to end up calling customer support.

I bought 3 wowcher deals. The delivery was within a wk...would buy again. The shakes are very sweet, but lovely.

These guys really are superb and never let me down with easy access and postage quicker than any other company I know .
If you are not using these for something you should speak and find out just how they can help you and your company

Ordered protein and creatine paid for express shipping sent both my parcels seperate when they told me on the phone " yes we can put them together for u "
Then phoned back to double check the guy says yeah that should be fine let me call u back in 5..... Lucky im not waiting for the phonecall 6 days and counting..

I received an email to review the service before I've even received confirmation it's been sent out to me. I emailed to chase yesterday (10 days after ordering) and was advised it would be sent out soon. Customer service response times are decent but as I have no idea when I'm going to get the product and it's already 11 days post order I probably wouldn't use again.

I have been using Protein Lab for a number of years and find that their professional advice is backed up with excellent products.Delivery is fast! Always happy to recommend this company.

I love their prices and choice. Also the minimal packaging is a great idea as I don't have to listen for the postman as they get posted through the letterbox hassle free!
