The team at Rare Whisky was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to guide a relative novice to whiskies that would suit my palate. The result was my receiving the best whisky experience of my life! Fantastic customer service and outstanding whiskies.

They charged me over 300 dollars for overnight shipping but they failed to ship it in a manner that got it to me in time, let alone over night.

I have absolutely no complaints with the price of the product let alone packaging; to be frank I was very impressed/pleased with it.

My only complaint/issue was the length from purchase to receiving. In my case it took exactly three weeks. Granted when I followed up with staff they were respectful let alone understanding of matter.

Would I purchase from them again? Absolutely! Just not if I'm in a time crunch.

Buying special whiskies for either drinking or investment requires trusted sources. The Rare Whisky Shop is one of those that justify the 5 stars I have awarded to the team.

As stated, the shop offered the best price on the Internet and in fact was cheaper than some recent auction prices when you take into account the "buyers premium".
