I’ll be clear from the start the 2 stars are for the waiting staff (who were friendly and professional) and the beer (properly served in an ice cold glass). I had a chicken slouvaki like none I’d ever had before. Someone was very heavy handed with the paprika drying the meat out, the mustard mayonnaise definitely needed more mustard to be able to be called that (or, just call it mayonnaise!) and there was not a hint of oregano to be seen- let alone tasted. The Real Greek really does sound like false advertising.

Staff don't understand promotions and Head office do not reply or even acknowledge complaints. One to avoid for sure

I bought a 300g pack GYROS STYLE PORK (for making Greek style Pita Gyros) from TESCO for £6. I thought a bit steep but since I love Pita Gyros, I thought... lets give this a try!
Sadly on trying this, I was hugely disappointed. It was in long life vacuum sealed clear plastic and was a lump of meat in a greasy sauce - the expiry date was 5 or 6 weeks in the future. There were many large lumps (1cm3+) of saturated fat in this bag and large parts of the meat that were just pure fat. It also stank - but not like any real Greek food I ever had.
I decided I would not feed this to my or even to my dog. I binned the whole lot and put it down to experience. This was truly of dreadful quality.
YUK!! So incredibly disgisting and unhealthy. If any of this lots restos are serving this slop, you would be 100% better elsewhere!

Really good service, great food and will definitely be back.

Some great seafood dishes on offer and also have knowledgeable staff around dietary requirements (Gluten Free dishes are clearly identified)
