I can not thank Jane enough for the 3 necklaces she produced from my mam's fingerprint. Unfortunately our Mam passed away in January of this year so you can understand how sentimental these pieces of jewellery are to us. Communication was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend this amazing jewler to anyone. Thank you once again Jane from the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful Lisa
Amazing fingerprint necklace, quick response time. I didn’t get the fingerprint right with the first kit, and I was promptly sent a new one. Would recommend!

Excellent company. Jane created a superb fingerprint charm necklace for my grandchildren to give to my wife on her 60th birthday. Timing was quite tight but she still produced a beautiful piece in good time. My wife and I were quite emotional when we saw it. I would highly recommend this super talented jeweller. My experience of dealing with The Silver Impression Company was 100% positive. I didn’t mix the two moulding composites together correctly, subsequently, Jane Allman sent replacements, free of charge and as we were up against my Daughter’s Birthday present deadline, she insured the finished charms arrived in time. Not happy at all. Took over 2 months from date of order to receive the items, and only then after repeated emails and confirmations that the items would be sent....... and then they weren't.
Items were sent with the wrong type and size of chain.
Overall, the impressions cannot be seen, just look like 2 small dark smudges, which fill over half of the pendant. Appreciate that older peoples prints can be faint, but come on! these are tiny and non existent - I can actually fit the entire pendant into the finger impression. Definitely not "approximately the same size" as stated on the website.
Wording should have had mum on 1 and date on the other - came with both!
Lots of excuses, but no reasons given for 2 month wait.
Made a trip to Scotland on date given for delivery - didn't arrive!
Did get a 10% discount though - which I have been made to feel like I should be grateful for (how about waiting 2 months, chasing for updates, giving excuses, wrong dates, wrong chains, wasting 2 days leave to pick up, fuel etc, etc, etc......), we feel we have been robbed and that we should just accept it.
Told them I would supply photos to confirm my issues - the didn't even bother to accept - just gave more excuses. Nearly £130 worth of nothing.

Thank you for your feedback David. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with my Jewellery, I shall do my best to address your concerns.
Your 2 pendants did take longer than the normal production time, for which I apologiesed and gave a 10% refund for the inconvenience. I did contact you to inform you of the delay as I had to close my studio for a couple of weeks as you are aware.
The pendants were sent on the 22nd May as promised via your chosen postage option Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Royal Mail normally deliver within 2 working days, however it took 3 working days, delivery dates are estimated by Royal Mail. I do obtain proof of posting, and I passed this onto you.
The pendants were sent to the Scotland address as requested by yourself. I would have happily sent them to your home address, or one to each address if you had wished.
Regarding the impressions in the silver, these are a direct copy from the best impression that you supplied. I do state on the website, and in the information sent out, that if there is little or no detail in the impressions you take, then this will be the same in the jewellery.
Although it is preferable to have strong detail in the fingerprint impressions, the fingerprints in the silver pendants are a direct and true copy from the fingerprint molds supplied by yourself, which you signed off on being happy for me to use.
I have scanned and emailed a copy of the details on the order form you sent with the impressions, as you requested both Mum and a date on both pendants, not separately.
The ball chains you requested were out of stock last week, I did email to say I would send these on if you did not like the belcher chain alternative. I have not heard back from you regarding this, but they are now in stock if you would like them.
