We went to them because the product looks high quality and one of the few companies with a large showroom to see the product in london so unique proposition. Also allows one to see a lot of products coming together in a space.
But they are quite challenged when it comes to getting something fixed should it go wrong. Which eventually happens if you are getting furniture for an entire house or room. They have quite a high staff turn over as well that exacerbates the issue. Long wait times, multiple handoffs , essentially what seems like a high value / high touch service becomes a very expensive and head-achy process. Also their white glove delivery isnt the same as other white glove delivery - they can be quite finicky and somewhat ridiculously insistent that they wont touch any furniture / carpet in the room, essentially meaning you need to figure out a very clean space for them to just come place the furniture. For the the product/price they charge the service doesnt match. I am very satisfied with the product though.

We bought two chest of drawers which are beautiful and really well built. The service was fantastic from start to finish and the delivery by Catalin and Maiusz was friendly, professional and very carefully done. Great product and great service so what more can you ask for.
