Honestly, so happy! Fantastic! i had tried to order an item from elsewhere (I hadn’t found this site originally otherwise I would ordered here first!) and was majorly let down and messed around! I desperately needed a specific toy, which I found on the toy cavern site. their website is easy to use and professional looking, also offers Apple Pay which was really handy! I ordered at 7pm last night, not at all expecting it to be dispatched already by 8am today!! Amazingly fast, great communication with tracking info sent. So so pleased! A really lovely company. Will 100% be using again. What a gem! Thank you, The Toy Cavern! Edit: item arrived today, really well packaged and item is perfect.

Fantastic customer service, great quality toys at competitive prices, and a small business that deserves to be supported.
Upon placing our order Debbie emailed to advise due to difficulties with delivery delays she had arranged a next day delivery for us free of charge, unfortunately, the courier company did not honour their part of the service. However I did not have to chase The Toy Cavern about my order, Debbie had been keeping an eye of the delivery progress and emailed me on New Years Day to apologise and assure me she would chase the courier when their customer service lines opened on the 2nd.
To top it all, when our order arrived, packaged brilliantly btw, there was a little bag of chocolates for us. So refreshing to have such amazing customer care. We will definitely order again.
