THETRADERCAPITAL is a scam

After passing their challenge max, my account was funded. However, Less than one week after I was funded, their synthetic indices trading platform crashed. I reached out to their customer support, but no one responded to my messages. That means that I could no more trade the account because the account is no more loading on the trading platform. When the time for payout came, I requested for the payout of the profit I made within the period when I was able to trade on the account, but I was not paid. When I reached out to the customer service, they said I could not be paid bcos I did not trade for a long time. The question is: how can I trade an account that is not loading on the trading platform???

2. They sent out a message that everyone who have an account with their prop firm should follow a procedure for restoring their account. I did but no new account information was given to me. When I reached out to support, they said i should be patient, it's been more than two weeks and I am yet to receive the new account information from them.

Don't waste your money buying their prop firm challenges, IT A BIG SCAM.

Please this not a prop firm at all. I say that again this is not a prop firm at all its so painful that they always get people to scam. I saw it but just wanted to try but they scammed me. I bought a synthetic account at $65, was in a profit when my account was disconnected it's been a month now but nothing has been done. They now say they've moved from synthetics to financial currencies. I contacted them on the various platforms they can be reached yet to no avail. please and please don't believe those on YouTube trading this prop firm they are all part of it. that guy called Mr P FX he is also part of them. All of them are scammers. A word to the wise is enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
