We ordered the T-shirt for my nephews birthday present and we were very happy with the quality, size and the colour. After washing it has kept its shape and the image is still in good condition.

Hey there T-Shirt Mill!

Firstly, I liked to say the quality of the products you produce with AS Colour have always been great. Good quality, long lasting and the website function to create your own products is fantastic. I would highly recommend that.

However, there have been numerous issues with ordering and customer service. Firstly, when it comes to ordering, more transparency is needed. When you order a shirt and creation online, there isn't information around waiting or order times. I have previously ordered and assumed I would get my order within a week or two, only to email and find out a few weeks down the track that the stock wasn't in. I believe you should be up front and say online that you don't have the stock on hand before I ever make payment for my order.

Secondly, the customer service upon picking up the order is unpleasant. When you walk into the shed, you aren't greeted and normally, one of the staff are on the phone (which is understandable). However, when they get off the phone, the demeanor is one of annoyance, as if we had interrupted their day. Again, it is understandable that it may be a slight inconvenience to get a persons order, but it is part of the job.

These problems, I believe, are easy to rectify and It is a shame because the work you guys do is great. More than happy to chat further if needed.

It's taken 2mths since I ordered and still waiting for my tops. I've received products quicker from overseas. Yeah not happy at all...

Took weeks to get the shirts printed, ended up being useless as they completely missed the event we needed them for.

The print quality of the designs is the best I have seen and tested from a lot of the sites along with great quality tees so kudos to the Mill :)

I know a lot of the templates don't allow for wider prints due to the machines but would love if it could cover more of the shirt front or back.

Took over 4 weeks and an email to finally get 1 T-shirt sent without an apology.

Exactly what I ordered, happy with my purchase!

Selected the fastest production and delivery option, arrived 3 weeks too late because their staff had covid - no reimbursements, credits or anything, just a sorry deal with it. Couldn't even login because their online system to check order status doesn't work, and there's nobody who'd pick up for questions which was incredibly frustrating.

Very disappointing. I was quoted 10-14 business days for delivery. After more than 24 business days, 5 emails and 3 phone calls the t shirt miraculously arrived via express post.

We usually get a quality print from you guys but this time no. The print has crackled and is beginning to peel after one wear and one wash!
