Bought this watch for my daughters 's 21st - was cheaper than anywhere else. Watch came in original packaging and was definitely the real thing with all the necessary credentials, it arrived very quickly, despite the fact it wasn't a stock item. The watch was extremely well packaged and I would definitely use this company again

Service from ordering to delivery including gorgeous wrapping service made for one very happy fiancé. The Oris watch was beautiful and I cannot praise the watch source enough. I would recommend ditching the high street jewellers and purchase your next watch here.

I placed an order and was not at all disappointed with the service. In fact I thought it was first class. I collected the item from their offices and one of the owners was more than helpful with the size of bracelet etc. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was very content with the service from thewatchsorce until the watch arrived - the bracelet was far too big. On ordering, I was meticulous about the measurement according to the instructions on the website and was told I would need five extra links at £50 each. I have subsequently had to have three links removed for a correct fit. How can thewatchsorce advice be so far out? The owner of the company refused to take any responsibility for this error and suggested I try to sell the surplus three links, (£150 oncost to me) on eBay. He was completely intransigent saying that I have made a substantial saving on the list price of the watch and that I should bear the cost - very unsatisfactory and has soured my purchase experience with this company.

If I'm honest I was a little nervous of buying a high value watch over the internet. The watch came in exactly 3 weeks which is what the website said. The delivery was by Royal Mail special delivery. My only note was that the company could do with a more personal touch and more communication. I had a nervous wait. Knowing what I know now, I will buy again from these people as I now know its all ok. The watch was immaculate, clearly brand new, never worn and had all the necessary paperwork and markings I would expect,

I bought this as a birthday present for my son, he couldn't wait to wear it as it was perfect .

I am still waiting for the watch I paid for over 2 months ago. I was not told at any time that this was a hard to obtain item and there could be a considerable delay in obtaining it until at least 6 weeks after placing the order and I am not kept informed of what is happening unless I phone Watch Source myself. At this stage I am not particularly happy with their service.

Fantastic value just knocked 1 star off as it took a month to deliver
