Although the watch I ordered was cheaper than other places the service was very poor. I received confirmation by email & was told someone would phone me to confirm, this did not happen. Should have been delivered in 3 weeks which turned into over 4 weeks after chasing, when I finally received the watch it had not been adjusted to the wrist measurement I had asked for so at extra expense I had to then take the watch to an independent jewellers. I would have paid a bit more at a high street jewellers & received a much better service so will not be using you again.

Everything s very nice! But when i ask a special personal discount i don`t get it. But price in your shop is ok.

Unbelievable service! The Watch Source were - by far! - the best priced on a Tag Heuer watch I wanted to buy for my son's 18th birthday but I'd left it rather late to order. A quick call to The Watch Source and they assured me that although they didn't have the specific model in stock, they would get one and have it delivered on time.......and only 3 working days after ordering, the watch arrived ahead of schedule. Great service and highly recommended.

This is the first time that I have used the Watch source for my Summer watch purchase.

As a collector, I allow myself one 12 month interest free finance payment per year. I chose the Oris Big crown Pro-Pilot from the Watch source site as it was the watch that I wanted at a Watch Source price that was £200 cheaper than elsewhere.

Two weeks later the watch has arrived and appears to be in perfect, new condition. All of age cards, tags etc are present and it is in its original packaging. I am very impressed at the moment. This is however day 1. I have never contacted the vendor for any service or warranty issues so I cannot comment on them.
So far, very good.

The service is exceptional having used the WS now for three purchases, they are unbeatable on costs, speed of delivery and customer service. Extremely accommodating and have the "cando" attitude that every customer will want, making each acquisition an enjoyable experience. I thoroughly recommend them as probably the best supplier of watches, and the best I have encountered.

The combination of brilliant customer service and amazing prices makes this website an absolute must for anyone who is looking to buy any kind of watch of any price.

Easy to navigate site with fast delivery. I was a bit nervous about sending money in advance as I had not dealt with WatchSource before but as soon as I placed the order, the watch was marked as on hold and as soon as the payment was made, marked as sold. I ordered at the weekend and it arrived by the Tuesday morning. Delighted with my watch, the price and the service.

To be honest, normally I don't really believe most of the reviews on Trustpilot, but on the other side I don't have much to complain about The Watch Source. I bought a second hand IWC Mark XV and Lee was very friendly and to the point. Quick answers and they delivered what they advertised. I can't comment on they service with new watches, but the used watches are on stock and were delivered next day, accompanied with excellent (albeit casual) communication. Very pleased! A little advice: be sure to check what you are getting. They can tell you what's in the package, but might not have everything you want. I see complaints about warranty cards etc. Check it before buying and you're fine.
