Great food, great service at a good price

I came for drinks today with an international party that consisted people from 5 different countries. The host Slaw made such an effort with all the guests who didn't all speak fluent English. Very patient taking people's orders for drink and food making sure all details were checked and double checked while understanding their orders that it was exactly how they wanted

I took this amazing, magical photo of the restaurant as we were approaching and the sun was setting. Bourton-on-the-Water is such a charming little village and The Willow is right in the center of it all. It has a fun patio overlooking the town and if it is colder you can eat inside. If you are there before 7:00 there are amazing early bird discounts.....we were there later but will go earlier next time! The staff were wonderful, clearly, the ambiance is lovely, and the food was good. We had one dish my friend had an issue with and the manager Laura came right over and made everything more than OK, her management and people skills are to be commended. This will definitely be our go-to place next time we are in town. I highly recommend The Willow when you are visiting the Cotswolds.

Overpriced and pretentious.
A place for the tourists and not for the locals. Much better value elsewhere.

Visited Bourton on Water at the end of June, stopped for breakfast at the Willow. We had our 2 cocker spaniels with us and our waiter brought out free sausages for the dogs. We we blown away by the fabulous service and delicious food. Ronnie and Buddy certainly enjoyed their sausages… thank you.
Highly recommended, beautiful food and service. Will definitely visit again.
