This review is about the service, not the product. The door to door sales rep sold my olderly parents a battery for £4,000.00 and installed it the next day. Their Winter quarter electricity bill was £230, which is extremely cheap so imagine how cheap their annual bill is. They will never see the profit from this product as the repayments cost more than the energy bill. We tried to cancel and explain but they said as the product had been fitted, they would not refund.

Think Green Partners have been outstanding; they were second to none for communication, product quality and workmanship. I have been in construction for more than forty years and my expectations are high, this means my review is based on a wide experience of contractors and installers. TGP are a company that wants the best for their customers and are clearly building a reputation for just that.

We contacted Think Green Partners as we had an issue with our Solar Edge Inverter not working. Preet Sandhu was very helpful and after ascertaining what our problem was she talked us through the stages that were necessary to have the Inverter up and running again. We are very grateful for her assistance and making it clear and easy to follow.

The engineer came out, supplied and fitted the part required, connected us to the portal to be able to monitor. overall excellent service, very good.

Preet has been working tirelessly to get a replacement part from the manufacturers who have been finding any excuse not to provide it. Part now received and about to be installed. Meanwhile the engineers have managed to keep the system going to provide the heat required for my disabled and elderly husband for which many thanks.

I needed advice about my tariff and over night charging the team gave me the advise that I needed and set up my charge times for me, amazing service!

Customer Services are always helpful and listen to what your problem
Is and talk you through solutions. The engineer came out and checked the system out listening, explaining the actions taken. Then giving me information so that I could understand my stem was not working was expected and explained how the squirrel system works and that there are two parts to monitor.

Pleased with the service I’ve received so far from TGP

We did have a couple of 'snagging' problems when the job was first done, but customer services kept dealing with the issues and all was resolved to our satisfaction. Pleased with software and finally some nice clean panels.

I had a company call me advising I had issues with the system that I wasn’t aware of. I wasn’t sure how they could know this so I called TGP to be sure, the office checked out my system online and reported no issues found, I was even provided with proof via screen shot - can’t fault the team thanks

Great help and response to a concern about a possible malfunction in the system.
The technician who came out and checked the system was helpful and knowledgeable and able to confirm that the solar installation was working OK.
The staff at HQ always check back after a visit to make sure all is well and have helped to get settings altered remotely.
Overall good service

Cannot fault any of the team. All very efficient. All works completed within a week of first contact.

Liked the attitude and knowledge of the people who came to install batteries etc.
Disliked the communication of head office. Eg getting a battery delivered to my house without asking me. I had to wait in for the battery which didn’t arrive before 12 as advised but after 2.30.

The engineer that came and installed my new Lux Ac Battery charger was very tidy with the installation.The unit is working perfectly with my 4 battery’s and taking the charge during the early morning at off peak rate with the Octopus scheme.I am now getting very low power charges for my usage during the day as my battery storage at very cheap rate is supplying my electricity.Very pleased with the installation supplied by think green partners.

My Feed in Tariff meter failed and had not move for more than a week, I reported it to TGP, I spoke with Preet who after asking routine questions to ensure it was not a fault elsewhere in the system. Once confirmed it was a meter fault she arranged a replacement meter to be fitted. This was done a couple of days later and now all is back on line. Thanks to all involved.

Workmen turned up within time frame quoted and completed job in slightly over 2 hours. They tidied up and took away item that needed replacing.

We have prompt and helpful service especially from Preet at the main office. We hope this service continues.

Recently had battery storage system fitted by think green partners and have had no issues I am happy with the service I have received so far . Thank you think green partners !
