This club has everything anyone could ever need to feel comfortable and confident in achieving their goals. World class trainers for their classes who make sure that you’re getting the most of it. The facilities and spa areas are divine to unwind and you could end up being there for hours. The staff are super friendly too.

It’s become genuinely my third space and I’m happily part of the cult!

All Third Space studios are great! 😊 I enjoy having a membership that allows me to use multiple studios in London. Each has its own vibe and they are all great so it is truly my “third space” 😁

High quality environment

Been a member for 5 years, and have seen the business develop - from a single soho location to now never being further than 10 mins from a location today. Thirdspace is a great option if you want to take your health and wellness seriously, be part of a community and be surrounded by like minded individuals!

There is a vast range of classes throughout the day and evening; always one I can get booked on and I have tried so many I wouldn’t normally have. The facilities and staff at the clubs are outstanding and the environment makes me want to go more.

I like the friendliness of the entire staff. The people who greet you when you arrive and everyone beyond the front desk smile, give a thumbs up or some form of motivation or just being nice.

We use third space almost everyday for the classes and equipment. It has been our favorite part of the day. From the staff to the facilities.

I love third space soho! I was super nervous about joining a new gym but as soon as i joined I felt so welcomed. All the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you! I literally rave about it to everyone !!

What makes third space different from the other upper echelon clubs is its staff . From helpful and kind reception and cleaning staff , to personal trainers and customer help . Notably , Eden , a member of the PT team , has made my time at third space super productive and effective. She has made sure to understand my pace and mindset as well as my body and what it needs- other than being an overall funny and open person . Eden is surely the reason I keep coming back !

Highly recommend! Really well equipped gym and amazing to have a swimming pool in the heart of Soho! The staff at Soho have nurtured a really friendly and welcoming community feel, which is so unique in a city as big as London and really differentiates this club from others in the area. Favourite classes are vinyasa yoga with Oceana and Echo - both incredible teachers. ‘Lift’ (great, weights-only HIIT class) with Liv is also a favourite! Really useful to have food and fresh protein shakes on site too, and the staff running the bar are fab!! (Shout out to Tane, Tori, Mercedes, Holly and Kat!)

The equipment is first rate at Third Space Soho, especially since the new machines were fitted on the ground floor. The highlight for me it the Third Space team, they are welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

Third Space Soho is, quite simply, one of the best fitness spaces in London — not just because of the facilities, but because of the people.
The front-of-house team are consistently warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They remember names, greet you with a smile, and are always happy to help — whether it’s sorting out a booking, answering questions about classes, or just making you feel comfortable if it’s your first visit.
The yoga instructors deserve special praise. The quality of teaching at Third Space Soho is exceptional. Each instructor brings their own style and personality, but what they all share is attentiveness, clarity, and a deep knowledge of the practice.
It’s a place where you feel supported, motivated, and genuinely looked after. Highly recommended.

Nothing else compares to Third Space - the team, the facilitates, its never too overcrowded, the spa areas are perfect for recovery. Expensive, but worth the investment if you use it for all the services
