We used Thomas Bradley to sell my dad’s house. From the first meeting Lisa was fantastic. She explained everything to me and also took the time to talk my dad through the process.

Lisa had great knowledge of the local market and gave good advice on how to market and price the property for sale.

Nothing was too much bother for Lisa. She was happy to do the viewings for us, to group them and minimise the disruption and stress for dad.

We had looked at a couple of the other well known online estate agents but their approach, attitude and customer service left us feeling like just another house sale.

Great service. Ended with a good sale. At the fees were very competitive.

I spoke with Colin re my free Will and he explained everything to me in such a clear, simple and friendly way I had no hesitation in going ahead. Whilst I initially also took out a Power of attorney, I decided to wait to a later date and cancelled that but Kieran Smith could not have been more helpful to me in getting that refunded. I will say that they are understandably busy people, but they do their best to help you. Looking forward to to continuing to working with them.

From first contacting Thomas Bradley I was treated as a valued customer. I was given information over the phone. We then made an appointment for a home visit to complete our Wills. Our Dave Newby was our local representative. He was extremely punctual for the visit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about products but still with a professional manner. The visit took just under an hour, I did have detailed information ready as you received an email with instructions prior to the visit. We have complaints whatsoever. Everyone spoken to have been exceptionally helpful. Dave is an excellent ambassador for Thomas Bradley. I have no worries about promoting this Company.

Having seen some of the reviews it would appear that this a scam. "Theres no such thing as a free lunch" Same with Wills. This company are just baiting their line to wind in unsuspecting vulnerable people. It called "Up selling"

I had a meeting with Stuart today about a will and he was really good explained everything to me which I understood,I really would recommend this business, and I appreciate everything Stuart has done thank you .maxine

Please do not get involved with this company. Two representatives visited me at home and I did, unfortunately, sign up for a will and power of attorney - and paid a rather large amount of money upfront. They mentioned at the start of the meeting that I would need to pay for it, rather than a charity donation. After consideration I cancelled under the UK statutory cooling off period. They advised me of a date when my money would be transferred into my account, but this did not happen. I have now contacted Citizens Advice to explain my situation. I have telephoned and emailed them constantly and they promise to sort this out, but do nothing.
I note that they have a charity partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. I was employed with another Royal College for over 25 years and worked on intercollegiate business with RCSEd, I will be writing to them to highlight my experience with this company. I feel they pushed the idea of a free will service to attract customers, but in fact it’s a hard sale.

Dave was really friendly and helpfull. He explained everything clearly to my grandma so she understood everything.
Customer service was second to none.

If I could give a zero for this company I would. If you are looking at getting Wills, POA or Trust done, I suggest you look elsewhere, unless you want them to take your money and have nothing to show for it. We instructed this company to carry out wills, POA and Trust last August, after we were sold the dream by one of their sales people who has now left the company. It has been a complete farce from day one, with no communication whatsoever unless we have rang or emailed them. We received our wills a few months ago after complaining and was told that our POA and Trust would be sent to the Office of public Guardian. Our capacity call took place in March and after yet another email to see what is happening have been told today that someone else has taken over our case and because of a backlog with the company, documents had not been sent for registration. This is now a year on paying just short of £6000 with only a will to show for it. They have now stated that it could take 9 - 12 months before our documents are processed as there is also a backlog with Public Guardian. I am just so angry at myself for trusting this company as some of my friends had wills and POA done months after me with a different company and have not experienced any of the dramas that we have. You get passed from pillar to post and it's just excuse after excuse, if anyone knows of a way we cancel the services and get our money back please let me know.
I have noticed that there is another couple of reviews saying similar seems like a common theme.

I had a meeting with Ross regarding the free will, i was pleased with the exceptional service i received and things were dealt with promptly!
Would highly recommend using Thomas Bradley to anyone unsure, no complaints.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Recently had Ross out for a free will and a lasting power of attorney. Cannot stress enough how easy this was. I called to query only last week and he has already popped by to put things in place. Highly recommend.

I replied to an ad offering free simple wills. I was given an appointment to discuss my wishes. At the time I specified that I was only interested in the free simple will and was not interested in any other services or add-ons. I was assured that this would not be a problem. After several emails and phone calls the appointment was made and I was informed of what information was needed. I duly collected the information and had a call the day before the appointment confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment I got another phone call telling me that the appointment was cancelled "due to logistical problems"
I asked if the problem was that I had made it clear that I would not be likely to purchase any more services. After a short hesitation this was denied and I was offered a later phone call to reschedule which I declined. I asked for my details to be removed from their mailing list. A subsequent phone call asked me to reconsider. I do not wish to deal with unreliable companies. UPDATE: Since this review I have been contacted and submitted instructions as per the wills. It is now 14th December and no progress. Are these "free charity wills" just a cynical ploy to promote paid services?

Avoid this company
They have had a large sum of our money for 6 months and have delivered nothing
They take weeks to respond to complaints if they in fact reply at all.
We have repeatedly asked for a refund and are now being ignored
They care nothing about reputational risk and are regularly put on a compulsory strike off notice by companies house because they are late posting their financial updates

I had told them that the main recipient of my will had divorced, and now had reverted to her maiden name and changed address. I asked for a hard copy of my will. After a long interval, they sent a hard copy, with the original name and address. I had always found them hard to deal with...broken appointments, staff leaving - emails unanswered.
After spending 1200 pounds getting nowhere. I gave up and contacted a local Solicitor - charged me 150 pounds plus VAT.
