Very limited work opportunities particularly if you are not a regular TNS worker, as you have to rely on shifts being posted on App.

The pay is good. They are transparent, really taking care of the nurses doing shifts.

Love working for Thornbury. They are very professional. It does take time to get registered as they are thorough on checking all details. Lots of perks, nmc paid after working some shifts, travel, some accommodation costs, occasional monthly draws with super prizes.

Unable to speak or email a manager to discuss a pay issue. All I have is payroll have gone as far as they can and to speak to a manager. I have emailed several times with no response, extremely upset and unhappy with my treatment since I went out of my way to help cover shifts so that patients didn’t get cancelled.

Have now had good communication with a manager who has understood where the problem lies and has been able to successfully resolve this issue

All the thornbury nurses I have meet are dedicated to their work. A wonderful agency to work for.

Good management and thrives to leave staff and clients happy. All allegations are investigated fairly and honest. Employees are encouraged and motivated by draws and prizes. All training is kept up to date and staff can see when their training is running off though they are also reminded by Thornbury agency.

Thornbury Nursing is an extremely professional and organised agency that looks after the nurses working for them. The contact centre is efficient and approachable at all times, and the training department is highly skilled with regular training opportunities if required. Professional company. Good apps for finding shifts. Well managed payroll.

A very good agency to work for. They are very supportive and even pay for your NMC fees, if you work a certain amount of shifts yearly. Every time i have called for advice, the team have been excelent. And the pay is extremely good. If you can pick up shifts last minuite and prepared to travel, then you will get the shifts. Highly recommend this agency.

Staff very helpful. No issues with pay, you get paid on time. Money good. Very happy to work for Thornbury. Downside to me that I got young children and not able to work last minute.

TNS is an excellent agency to work with , professionally run throughout . The team will contact you to discuss work available if you and sent texts to keep you updated of work near and far , often offering support with accommodation. Pay rates are good and promptly paid.

Easy booking and super quick pay, would recommend

Reliable agency to with. Helpful and when you are stranded and can’t find your way Thornbury is always there. Staff very polite and willing to hear you. You are treated as a Team. Phones are attended to promptly.
