Patient and helpful
I was very worried about changing to Three and all that goes with it but the experience was wonderful thanks to Rebecca. She made me feel very at ease and was very knowledgeable. I couldn't have found a better service elsewhere.

Shannon, who works at the Three store in Castle Court Shopping Center in Belfast is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Her customer service is s outstanding, and she always goes above beyond to help. She is real credit to the team.

My phone went through the washing…
My phone went through the washing machine and Shannon spent all afternoon getting this sorted. It was extremely difficult due to the condition of my water damaged phone and she was patient friendly and informative at all times. I am delighted none of my stuff was lost. Amazing

We had a major issue with a WiFi router…
We had a major issue with a WiFi router we had purchased from another store, and Thomas at 3 Mobile went above and beyond to help us sort it out. Despite the problem not being related to a product from his store, he generously gave us around 40 minutes of his time, patiently walking us through everything and offering clear, practical advice.
Thomas was an absolute gentleman throughout — calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
He is exactly the kind of person every company should be proud to have on their team. A true credit to 3 Mobile

I did a bit of research before I chose Three network so went in looking a specific product.
Sales assistant Rebecca listened to my reqirements and sold me what I wanted.
Also gave me some great tech advice.
