I have always walked out my 3 store fully satisfied with the outcome
I have bought every phone for years from 3 because of their customer care which must come from the top because I have never had a bad experience in a 3 store be it a tech issue or my account every time I walk out of the store I am completely satisfied with my the outcome, Jack & Dan in the Birkenhead precinct branch were great very helpful but in a happy vibe thanks again gents

We went to the Birkenhead store and one staff she was called Courtney however Jack came and with smile face and help me and my wife 2 phones and thanks very much to jack but she was horrible and she looked like didnt want to work laying down on table and doesn’t even look our face when she was talking very disappointed
