Great customer service at Three
Visited the Three store in Bracknell today, FIL died in June, we’ve been trying to close his mobile account but had an added complication as he also paid his grandson’s mobile, after months filling in forms online, chats via social media, Steve store manager at Bracknell helped and it is now closed. His professionalism and compassion was greatly appreciated, he is a credit to the Three UK company!

Vincent helped me select a new phone and cheaper bundle and advised on set up. My own tech ignorance meant i had to ask for more help. Vincent was patient and understanding throughout.

The team were so helpful…
Martin and the Manger were so helpful and made my experience easy and enjoyable. Had an issue and they resolved it after a lot of work and time and I very much appreciated it. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t oversell or push anything on me.
