It looked like I'd been the victim of fraud. By a call pretending to be 3 offing the world. I hung up, not before possibly giving too much info. I came straight to 3 Brentwood.. Karen was professional knowledgeable friendly welcoming and dealt with the situation with a calm professional manner... helping me beyond belief....
