Upgrade headache? Not this time. 🥰
I loath upgrading my phone, changing handsets is a pain, transferring everything, even putting on a screen protector. I visited Three Store in Bristol, with the intention of checking out my upgrade options and potentially upgrading. I was put in the care of Elisa, and she was amazing. Listened to me, my needs in a phone, my pet peeves with a phone. She didn't make me feel rushed or anything. Was super clear about my options. After I decided to upgrade she was more than happy to set up my new phone, and have me leave there with a working phone straight away, even put the screen protector on like a pro.

Turned a stressful day into a brilliant one
Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it. When my faithful original iPhone SE finally gave up the ghost, and with half my life seemingly dependent on it, I walked into the Three store in Broadmead, Bristol feeling more than a bit stressed. The team there turned the whole experience around. The first sales assistant I spoke to actually listened to what I needed. Instead of pushing a newer model they had in stock, he pointed me 50 yards down the road to Tech Revive, explaining that for the 13 Mini I wanted I’d need to buy refurbished. Then he said, “Come back afterwards and we’ll help you set it up - and get you on a tariff that’ll save you £10 a month.” Already impressive.
But the real star of the show was Anya. When I returned with my newly purchased phone, she spent the best part of an hour getting everything set up exactly how I wanted it and answering all my questions. She was warm, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me. By the time I left, I felt like I was walking on air.
I’d actually been considering switching to another provider, but Saturday’s experience completely changed my mind. I’m now a Three customer for life.
Huge thanks to the Three Broadmead team - and especially to Anya - for turning a stressful day into a brilliant one.

Great customer service.
Could not make, receive calls or text. Went to 3 mobile shop in Broadmead and had in sorted within minutes by Enya. Great customer service with a smile.
