I have been using this company for 15…
I have been using this company for 15 years and the standard if service is appalling, it has been good in the early years but now the customer service is terrible, my contract expires in 5 weeks and they want the router back which is odd as the one I have is 5g there is no 5g anywhere near me. 3 times I have spent talking to the AI who cut me off and as I have a broadband and no phone as the signal is poor so sending text messages is pointless. Do not bother complaining as you go to India and the English is poor at the best. Use a far better company as 3 and Vodafone wifi is slow slow. And loyalty years nothing. Contact is money and you can go to hell and they will still chase you. Avoid Avoid
