Already a three customer with home broadband, but needed to upgrade my phone. Went into store and Pagan and Josh sorted me with a new A17. Pagan sorted the admin side easily, and Josh effortlessly did the technical transfer of files from my old phone onto new.
Great service all round.

After being told by my family to try and iPhone, I finally decided to give it a try and purchased one from Josh in Burton, and he spent the time to make sure I got the phone that was best for me, as well as making sure I was happy with it after it was up and running. 10/10 service and I will definitely be back to see Josh in the future

After moving to 3 from EE
After moving to 3 from EE, I have to say what a great decision. EE have been so unhelpful for the past two years despite taking my money monthly, but after seeing Josh in Burton I realised what a mistake I had made those two years ago. Josh went through everything patiently and even helped to make sure I was happy with my new samsung before leaving. Whilst EE will never see me again, you at 3 have been fantastic thank you josh
