Visited the store with a Chinese friend and served by Violet…
Visited the Cambridge store with a Chinese friend who speaks very little English, an needed to get a replacement SIM having lost one, and needed a new basic Samsung phone, and a new number PAYG. All handled very professionally and calmly by staff colleague called Violet. They went above and beyond to ensure my friend's new phone was set up to work with dual language keyboard, audio and script inputs. The patience and pleasant manner used in the process was a breath of fresh air for me to witness and so uncommon these days with most retail experiences, and was a happy experience for the friend who truly felt well looked after. Well Done, Violet.

I am very happy to be assisted by Hao today. We had very old phones and bad signal. She efficiently found us the better phones with affordable prices. We have been with Three for years and will stay longer thanks to the best customer service we always get from Three

Great customer services
I travelled from Hertfordshire today to Cambridge shopping and just popped in to three store to check any phone deals. A vey pleasant lady helped me today and I’m really happy with her customer services. Her name is Hao and she is pleasant, approachable and very supportive. She checked all my accounts and helped me to get the best deals. I was so surprised that I’ve being paying a lot of money over a year unnecessarily. Thanks for Hao that I saved lots of my. My heartfelt thanks and good luck to her 🥰🥰🥰
