I visited the Three shop in the Grosvenor Precint Chester today. I was delighted with the staff there. Steve, the manager, was so professional and helpful as were the two members of his team. They are all a credit to your Company.

Amazing customer service
Chloe, Adam and Tom were so incredibly helpful fixing the mess that another store made, they told me exactly what I needed to do and was very compassionate that I had been caught in a mistake on Three's behalf.

Will only go to three when I know Stephen (store Manager)is working as he is so helpful and always gives options on what packages we can use. I have followed him from the Wrexham branch and always have first class service.

Three shop in Chester definitely the best!
Went in to update my home WiFi and got a really good deal. It was really straightforward and sorted quickly by a lovely lad (so sorry didn't get your name but you were amazing & definitely suited to your job!!).
While we were in there, looked at various deals on Sims and we were then dealt with by Chloe. Despite it coming up to closing time, Chloe was so patient and went through every deal until she found us the best offer. She was so pleasant and helpful and talked us through how to get our PAC code - she even told us to come back & she'd sort it for us if we were having any trouble at all. Customer service like that made us move our phone SIM to Three - everything was explained clearly and any questions were answered so well.
Would recommend Three in Chester for a hassle-free service in a totally chilled atmosphere. Thanks.
