Wow carol went above and beyond and helped me most of the afternoon to sort my phone. I’m so pleased I now have a new phone lots of storage and all set up and she really helped me. I can’t recommend her enough. Such a professional approach.

After software updates , have had lots of trouble. Losing faith in my mobile, I decided to pop into the Colchester store.
I was welcomed by an advisor Sean.
He was wonderful discussing my problem. He advised I could trade my phone allowing me to pay up my contract.
This was terrific. I could have anew phone
Sean was very efficient and the process was seamless
I truly believe in customer service and value it.
I highly recommend three and particularly their staff.
