Amazing!
OMG. Assam at Covent Garden was AMAZING. So kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Patient with questions, and had us up and running with our e-SIMs in no time at all. Gave us lots of options with plans and fully explained the top-up process. Pointed out issues to consider when we were making decisions. So impressed! This guy is a legend and deserves a raise.

Grace is great!
Had quite a complicated issue with details not matching on my account and no one could fix it online. Went into the Covent Garden Store and Grace fixed everything even though there wasn't any obvious way of doing it. Very very helpful and friendly, thank you Grace!
