Fantastic customer service in Cwmbran town centre from Connor. He was extremely helpful and he explained all the options available to me and I was thoroughly satisfied with the product offered to me.

What a joy to have a human face-to-face. Keira has solved a truckload of issues that your chat folk on telephone support couldn't resolve.
For whatever reason, my company name on your system changed to my name with an added letter.

Keira & Brad were extremely helpful &friendly
Keira & Brad were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.
They explained the broadband package thoroughly, & even set the cables up for me.
I would recommend the Cwmbran store 100%

imraan in the Cwmbran store was amazing so helpful, cheerful and so informative nothing was to much for him.. we are very grateful.. as we are an older couple all this technology can be a bit tricky..

Called at the Cwmbran store today and…
Called at the Cwmbran store today and had absolutely 110% service from Keira and Imrann, purchased new phones for me and my wife and they were an absolute delight, they transfered every single bit of data from old phones onto our new ones with ease, total professionals both of them with outstanding product knowledge, I would recommend this store and these guys to anyone, Thankyou both so much……..
