I came in to Dalston jus to query a few things on my account, Nayeem and Oumar were so helpful and so informative i ended up upgrading to a new phone. They took over an hour to help me transfer my data from old phone to the new one and im very grateful.
The whole team is amazing, bubbly and a good experience.

I am a 79 year old customer who has been with Three for 19 years, i had a small issue with my phone and went to Vodafone in Narrow Way Hackney, I asked a young man to help me as i am with three and he refused to help me and said you have to go to a three shop and didnt even look to see or ask what the problem was, i came to three and Rana helped me figure out in less than 2 minutes the issue was network change to 5G that i need to switch no.
