very nice and clear with everything, we have been with this company for 10 years and we always come back. We were served by Anna today in the derby branch and she was as nice and helpful as ever.

Had problems with customer service on the phone. Came to the Derby store, they were fantastic sorted everything with no problems. Leon was very knowledgeable and helpful.
