Mohon was very nice and a great help
Mohon was very nice and a great help, I walked in wanting to do an upgrade of phone and sim card plan; I ended up with a very nice deal, one sim card for nephew, and fixing my broadband as it wasnt working. Everyone there is really nice, good vibes abd atmosphere.

Just want to say a big thank you to Jake for helping me with finding the phone i needed and also helped with transferring my number, Jake was polite well spoken and also a lovely smile.
Please make sure you have more staff like this in your stores.
The only downside to this is the store is the soter manager (Naz) I have been in this store a few times and he is very rude and speaks to the staff very rudely and also the customers I don't know how he still has a job here.
Your young sales staff have more manners and respect for staff and customers than he does.
