Store manager Gurdas was excellent! Came in to upgrade phone was out of stock in Edinburgh but made sure he got one delivered to store for me and give me and my daughter a great deal! 10/10

Excellent customer service from Bilal
Was having a really rough time figuring out how to get a new phone contract, but Bilal at the 3 store on Princes St managed not only to get me the best deal of any phone shop I tried, but also went above and beyond to help ensure that I was able to transfer my number despite an incredibly complex situation. Can’t thank him enough for his great Customer Service, and I definitely would have changed to a different provider if it weren’t for his help.

Bilal was amazing
Bilal was amazing! I needed a new sim and number and Bilal worked with me to find the best option to suit my needs. I also ended up signing up for the Three broadband as it was such a good deal. He took care of the sign up and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!

I have been with three network 12 years my contract expires 2027 and I am planning to leave early and move my number to better network provider EE or O2 unless three network engineers can improve the network and provide strong 5G+ signal indoors and outdoors mainly indoors on my area location Edinburgh EH8 8AP

Renewing contract
Renewing my contract was a quick and smooth experience. The man that helped me was kind. I had to wait between five to ten minutes to be served, and it made me wonder why there were only two employees in store, on a Saturday, in the branch located on the main street.

I'm totally hopeless with IT and needed a huge amount of photos and videos transferred between phones having purchased a new phone. Luke of the Princes Street branch was absolutely brilliant in sorting that out for me - really friendly and patient with an IT Numpty like me. If I could give more than 5* I would. Absolutely wonderful staff
Absolutely wonderful staff. Cruz was absolutely brilliant with superb service and his manager also was very lovely. They made it so easy to change over much ancient tablet and helped to transfer all my data across which I was very anxious about before visiting.
