Tsolaye today was very helpful and sorted my problem with U switch migration to Three. He also helped with transfer of PAC code and old number transfer.

I came to the Enfield branch this…
I came to the Enfield branch this afternoon frustrated because my phone was lost and someone's been using my number on WhatsApp. I was first attended to by Sammy who was very unhelpful and gave me a wrong advice. My enquiry was later dealt with by one of your very helpful, pleasant, patient staff named Zahra. May I please ask the manager to thank Zahra for her help solving my problems at the branch. This is the second time i have been attended to by Zahra. I find her very knowledgeable, helpful and always eager to make customers satisfied. Thank you Zahra.You are highly appreciated.
