Johnathan was absolutely amazing - I wasn't expecting to walk out of the store with a new phone but I'm very pleased with my new S26 ultra! He was efficient and knowledgeable, and I appreciated being given all the options without it feeling "salesy". I don't usually leave reviews but Johnathan deserves some credit. Huge thanks

Incredible service
I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about phones and expecting to be there for hours. Jono greeted me straight away, explained everything in plain English, and somehow managed to find me a deal that was better than what I’d been looking at online. Every question I asked, he had an answer for, and he even helped transfer all my data over without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing what I was doing.
It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys helping people and goes the extra mile. If you’re visiting the Three store in Fareham, ask for Jono, you’ll be in safe hands.
