Went to the 3 shop in Folkestone. My wife and I both upgraded our phones.Sheree was the member of staff we dealt with. She was amazing and nothing was a problem for her. Great for 3 to have such good members of staff.

Great service in Folkestone store
After an absolutely nightmarish and unproductive conversation with 3’s customer support online, I went into my local 3 store. I was greeted by James who was brilliant and helped resolve an issue I had in minutes. Great customer service.
