Sirinder and Tamati fantastic customer service, even though I wasn't a 3 customer. I had dreadful issues with my phone which they sorted. I would highly recommend these guys.

Useless! Sold a tablet and was told did have 5g! Got home to find out no 5g!
Phoned to advise this and all they had to say was we can return it! But I still need a tablet! There was no don’t worry we will sort and get you a tablet you need .. just pop in and return it!
