Network is great overall especially for the price your paying but sometimes the network can be slow in certain areas but your getting your moneys worth at the end of the day

Today I switched my phone and broadband…

Today I switched my phone and broadband services from EE to Three, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I would especially like to recognize Abdul for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. What could have been a stressful change was made incredibly smooth, straightforward, and reassuring thanks to his support.

The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently, and I felt well looked after from start to finish.

Abdul is a real credit to Three, and experiences like this make a huge difference. Thank you for the excellent service, and well done to Three for having such a fantastic professional on the team.
