I visited Forge store and had a good customer service from Ms Carys. She appears knowledgeable with different phones. I which help me make decisions on what phone to upgrade from my Sumsang Utra 2.

I've been having issues with my phone…
I've been having issues with my phone recently and it's been a lot of back and forth trying to get it resolved. Came to the forge and spoke to Tahir who sat me down, properly listened to everything, and guided me on what the ideal next steps were which is massively helpful. Incredible customer service.

I was with Tesco before and I came to the Three shop and spoke to Tahir to see if I can get a better deal because my line hadn't been working with Tesco for weeks at a time. Tahir got me a very good deal with unlimited calls and texts which I'm very pleased with. Would definitely recommend this ship.
