10/10 customer service
Jodie’s customer service was excellent from the moment I stepped into the store today. She was super friendly and knew the answers to all the questions I had about the WiFi router and Network. Clare was also really friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Both of the girls were well informed about the products and have positive vibes. I’m super happy with the deal Jodie arranged for me and her friendly welcoming personality really made my day.

I had a great experience with this salesperson called Ali. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and comfortable.
