Would have given 5 stars but I believe there is always room for improvement. Mariam was an excellent advisor answering all of my questions and doubts with politeness and professionalism.

Shop Advisor - brilliant, Service Desk not so much
The advisor in the shop , Will, was patient, helpful and courteous. However the problem required referring to a central Three help/service desk who after about 50 minutes were unable to resolve the issue ( the App not showing my current allowances etc). However Will was able to establish that my spending g cap was still in place so, hopefully, my phone will continue to operate when I go abroad.

Wow what can we say we went to Gloucester store and have had first class service from Will and Ian. They are truly professional and are a credit to your company. So grateful to them. We are in our 70s and they made it so easy for us to understand. Thanks to both of them.
