New airtime plan
My airtime was ending and now retired I was looking for a better sim only deal and price.
Nicole in the shop suggested a plan that would half my previous deal .
This was so easy to sign up for and will save me a lot it money in the next 2 years.
Nicole was very professional and explained everything.

Great experience in Greenock today
Massive thank you to Courtney and Corey who were both great and helped me today. I upgraded my home broadband and got a better deal on my sim by moving to Three so I am very happy. Thank you both for the great service.

We came to the three store for help…
We came to the three store for help with roaming on our phones. The staff were really helpful and upgraded me to a plan with roaming. My partner even got a new plan with roaming moving over from O2. Big thanks to Nicole for helping us today

Went in to upgrade mine and my partners phones, Courtney was very helpful looked into multiple deals until we found one that suited us.

Very happy with my service today
I was instore today with Courtney, Nicole and Corey. Each one of them were very friendly and helpful. They got me setup with a new phone and transferred everything across for me. Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you again

Three store Greenock
I ordered a new phone online through three. Seemed like a good idea until I realised I did not have a clue how to transfer from my old phone. Called into the shop in Greenock. They did everything for me. Honestly could not have done any more.

Nicole was brilliant at sorting out contracts.
I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Nicole at the Three shop. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — she managed to sort out all of our contracts, save us money, and even get us an upgrade on our data at the same time!
Nicole was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain everything clearly so we knew exactly what we were getting. It’s rare to find someone who’s both so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. We left the shop feeling confident and really well looked after.
Thanks again, Nicole — fantastic service and a real credit to Three!
