Excellent customer service on new phone bundle
Anastasiya was extremely helpful and professional, I was made feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic customer experience!

Helpful Staff. Great experience
Emma was extremely helpful in the store today. She took her time to sit and explain all of my phone and contract options! Ended up purchasing a phone and contract that suited me and was no hassle at all!

Replacement phone
I came into store with a damaged phone and Jake was great help getting me sorted for a replacement upgrade.

Help getting my new phone set up
I came into the store today to get help setting my new phone up and getting my number transferred over as I was unsure how to do it, Anastasia was incredibly friendly and helpful and walked me through the process of how to set up my new phone and even showed me some tips on how to work it. I can’t speak highly enough of how welcome she made me feel and how great her customer service was.

The sales assistant Carys from the Hamilton Store, Scotland was brilliant. I couldn't remember a password login and she was so patient and helpful. She managed to sort it out using my boyfriends email.
