Went to the Harrogate store to sort my sim out as I’ve had issues with swapping to a new phone. Brodey helped me with this and was great, amazing customer service. Really relatable with conversation, explained everything in simple terms for me to understand. He also helped me with a new contract where I can get better data offering when I’m away, which I am for half of the year. Great salesman as well 😉👍🏼

Last night I misplaced my SIM. After hours of searching—last night and again this morning—and getting nowhere with the chatbot, I headed into town. I’m completely reliant on my phone: no landline, no contingency plan.

Brodey acknowledged me immediately, even while patiently helping an elderly couple ahead of me.

His calm, professional approach gave immediate confidence that this would be sorted.

While arranging the replacement SIM, they noticed my surname had been spelt incorrectly.
I explained I’d raised this with the call centre multiple times over the past three years, but it had never been corrected.

His colleague fixed it quickly and efficiently, allowing everything else to move forward without delay.

In less than 30 minutes, I walked out with a fully working phone, my original number restored, and a contingency SIM set up for my old iPhone.

On a rainy bank holiday weekend, what could have been a drawn-out issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. This is the difference of having real people available—calm, capable, and efficient.

It’s also why I’ve stayed with Three UK for years, wherever I’ve been in the world.
