Contract renewal
We went into the Hartlepool store to renew our phone contracts. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had originally dealt with Laura but as she was busy we were served by Anna. She is very knowledgeable and talked through the different deals available to us. We have signed up again for another 2 years.

Went into the Hartlepool store on 9.3.26 the customer advisor Joanne from start to finish was so helpful and professional, she was so knowledgable and competent and a lovely friendly person. Came out of the store very happy. 10 out of 10 for her friendly and helpful service, she is definitely an asset to your store.

I Visited the three store in Hartlepool…
I Visited the three store in Hartlepool today to sort out new phone contacts out. We managed to change to an even better deal with cheaper prices.
Thanks to the great service provided by Laura and her team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after 18 years of service.

Excellent Customer Service
Martin and Laura at 3 are Excellent. With a professional Approach and caring customer advice you feel wanted and valued as a consumer.
My new plan was setup easily and very well explained throughout.
This would be my highest recommendation as a provider.
